1)Select the carpet or carpets you are interested in. 2)Call Us to set up a time to come to your home and view sample or samples (If available) 3)We measure your home for new carpet (For package priced carpets only, this service is not available for “Carpet Only”) 4)Make your selection, we give you a price based on your selection, a form is filled out showing the style and color of carpet you have selected, if in agreement with price and color. We then order your new carpet, this takes about 3-5 business days to receive your carpet in most cases. Deposit is required at this time (Package Carpet) or payment in full for “Carpet Only”. 5)When the carpet arrives we schedule a time that is covenant for you to deliver the carpet and install your new carpet in your home that was ordered (For package priced carpets only, this service is not available with for “Carpet Only” All Internet Orders Must Be Paid In Full Before Carpet Is Ordered. Exceptions Must Be Approved By Management.) 6)After you have inspected the new carpet is installation, balance of invoice is due. (For “Package Priced Carpets Only”, “Carpet Only” does not apply.) You Have New Carpet In Your Home and Have Saved Money at the Same Time (Some restrictions may apply) |
